Making a workable race track that wont freeze

yet again i need help with makeing a track for containment.so now i was wondering if someone could take there time to got through there own details(not someone else or a link)but right here in this topic. also i can make a track it just freezes in and it makes me VERY MAD but anywho it would help to see some ppl help me out wit this
