Really simple question

Post by Death~John »

I would like a tutorial on the following question, please.

"How do i add things like civi hogs, ramps (scenerey), and new weapons to PC maps using HMT 3.5 - 60+ plugin pack installed."

i know its got something to do with map rebuilding and batch extracting, but i would like an advanced tutorial, since the one on halo.filefront.com only deals with vehicles from other maps, and not custom-made ones.

thanks!

new weapons and civi hogs you can make with modeling program then inject them into a map with HMT. ramps, however, if you want them to have a collision model, which i assume you do, are easiest in CE (correct me if I'm wrong, i don't do CE). There are modeling tuts in the tuts section. good luck

you could pmi those really large doors in the pillar of autumn. They are devices, but if you imported them in sparkedit as scenery, they wont open up. They have collision models and should be large enough to be a ramp for a warthog.
