Yeah they did a similar study saying action gamers were better drivers since they were used to focusing and scanning for changes in their environment.

Heh. And they think videos games demoralizes young people. :p

I actually had a WAY messed up dream the other night. I dreamed that we (the US) was being attacked, and my family and I were running away from whoever it was attacking us.
We were running, running, and running. Then, as only dreams know how to do, I moved back to see what was happening, and it showed the bad people chainsawing people in half. Oh my goodness. Scared me to heavens.

>_>.. But my eyes are great! lol

Violent video games do not instill violence. They give us an outlet for it.

duh. when you're playing CS:S and you have less than a quarter of a second to turn a corner, identify threat or friend, and aim for the head and shoot, your eyes and reflexes have to be good.

They don't instill violence, they desensitize. Of course, this doesn't bother me? I'm not sensitive enough to concern myself with such matters. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go practice driving my warthog as I mow people over and laugh at their bloody corpse.

Wierd. I guess it improved my sight better but my reflexes have majorly improved. If I see someone about to punch me in the arm or something...without me even knowing it, I had turned to them and holding their arm. Definately some wtf moments there.

I modded my own FOV so I can see everywhere on the road...
It seems interesting though, and at least now I can say I'm going to improve my driving awareness and then chainsaw iGeo then assasinate pyro, followed by a few headshots on Faisal :P
