burning an iso

Well If been trying with nero express over and over again and im just wasting discs. Does anyone know how to do it with nero? I've tried tutorials on xbox scene but they said something about nero 6 and i have the nero 6 cd but all i can see to burn stuff is, is with nero express. help me please.
