How do I convert CE to PC without having to build a ce map to convert and rip with HMT? Hopefully there is a way to do it with the hex editer.

I don't mean maps I mean TAGS I need lost spartan tags and some others converted because I don't know how to do it.

I need that tag converted too so if you get it done could u post it on BG (PC)
