Quick Question Regarding Yelo...

I'll try to make it a short and sweet question. I do not have the auto update, because of not having live for my modded xbox and i dont have any new maps et cetera, so what I am trying to get at is how would I go about installing this trainer, would i just follow the steps like in StalkingGrunt's tutorial or would i go about it in a different fashion? Sorry if this sounds somewhat noobish.

You don't need the auto-update or the new maps to run the trainer.
