hmt help mods arnt showing in other pc's

i modding the game. what i did was swap the pistle bullet with the fuel rod.
when i shoot the pistle, the rod fuel rod comes out and it shows, when my friend shoots it on his other computer it only shoots a pistle bullet, but it shows the rod come out on my screen, how can i save the mods on his computer

80% of the mods you make for HPC are client-side only so you need to give someone else the mod in order for them to see it.
I think things like sparkedit mods other people can see.
