Dirty DLC error... yet everything runs perfectly fine...?

What would cause this? I've gone through every map I have:

-Stock
-Stock DLC
-Mimesis DLC
-Custom added maps with preview pics

and everything launches perfectly fine. I really do not want to start over adding maps to a fresh mainmenu with DotHalo as that would take forever.

Are there any little mistakes people do? Possibly not signing files or signing them too many times and still having them working? Anything?

Please help me out... There's no way I can live with that error.
