Trainers

I found the camera trainer by xbox7887 and would like to use it. However, I never have used a trainer before and dont know where to put it on my xbox. Also, i've noticed some people have a trainer menu on their evox dashboard. I dont have this. What should I do?

but what do I put in the trainer folder? There is an application and a file

the application is called deswizzle

the file is called h2cap.etm
