Halo 2, Anything like "building blocks"?

Hey all, I'm wondering how to add new structures to halo 2 maps. I've seen it in the dawn of warfare

They made castles pluged up holes. Also I saw a mod for ascention where there was a floor under the level. My specific question would be is there a way to do similar things as this in coagulation?
