if u want to do it all free, just get AutoScreenRecorder2.0 not 1.0 and start recording. just make sure to have ANOTHER program in the background recording your voice as well. these often come with pcs. merge them together with wmm and compress and go. i just use a different vid editor but as long as u can put in audio go right ahead.
