is there a scenery to vehicle turtorial ?

i was going through a scenery turret mod readme, and it said i could easily find a scenery to vehicle tutorial. But i cant. Please Help

This is completely irrelevant now. Just open up SparkEdit 3.0, click on a vehicle, and duplicate them.

it is relevant becuase this tutorial says that in order to have "scenery turrets" i need to consault a scenery to vehicle tutorial...
