I really need help

I have followed the modding tutorial at www.xx360xx.com, I have everything to mod but when i enter my IP into smart FTP and click it none of the maps pop up(folders). I haven't been able to find help, so please if you have any input my AIM:aggies rule82734 XBOXLIVE: Fireball9889
