I am having some problems making sound tags, i copy the file i want to my data folder and its a .wav file then in tool it says importing/sound/sound
error couldn't read file sound
any ideas what might have caused this.

First, ensure that your sound file's sample rate is either 22KHz or 44KHz. Then, make sure it is a PCM maveform (a.k.a. uncompressed).
If that's all set, make sure there are no other files with the sound in the data folder. For example, I use Sony Sound Forge, and for a while, it had a habit of leaving the peak data in the same folder as the WAV. If I did not manually delete the peak data file, it wouldn't compile the sound.
