To add a skin: Download HMT and PhotoshopCS2 and the .dds plugin. Put the .dds plugin in the import-export folder AND the file format folder. Then, open up HMT and go to Bitmaps. Open up the pistol and save the texture as a .dds WITH THE SAME EXACT NAME and then right click on it wherever you saved it on your computer and choose open with PhotoshopCS2 and edit it however you want. Save it again, open up HMT, and then choose import or inject on the same file. Choose it from where you saved it and open up any, yes, any map and take a look at it. Hurrah! You just did a bitmap change!
