anyone know were i can get a program that lets you only edit halo2 Vehicle's

like a Vehicle Editor

Every Halo 2 Editor has a Vehicle plugin that lets you edit the vehicles...why would you want a program with less features? O_o

ADI and DotHalo would probably be your best bets here...

so is there or not cuz i saw one and i and i got it but i cant open it cuz its mest up

it must be you cuz all these can edit vehicles in some way
