Dark Matter error when opening a model

wenever i try to open a model from any map in darkmatter i get this error
saying that the a unhadled exeption has occured. does anyone know why this might be or of another program i could use to export the models any help is welcomed.

make sure that u have mainmenu shared and spshared.map in the same directory, then make sure that u havent done anything to the models before.

thanks for the advice but sadly it still gives me the error does anyone know of a different prog to use to import and xport the models?

you can export the models with ADI if you have the new ModelLib but u cant import in ADI. The only one that you can import in is darkmatter i think. Try to use the old darkmatter, because the new one doesnt work for me either but the old one does.
