Help Editing gamesaves

ok i have action replay, but my xbox is not yet modded. ive downloaded and succesfully played several gamesaves and types off action replay. i have the hudless slayer gametype, and a campaign save that allows me to fly a pelican. Again my xbox is not modded so i was wondering if it is possible to just edit a gametype or game save using a hex editor or if theres a specific editor for halo 2 that will allow me to do things like remove the hud, make symbols like the double kill one in the name, etc. and if so, i could use some help.

It doesnt let you edit single player.

The reason you able to drive pelicans and stuff is because someone mods the pelican to be drive able, we then go though a checkpoint and the game has toremember what your driving.

You should dheck out some of my saves where you can have Covenant or Flood Allies.
