Post by fourn44 »

hey um.. im making a map and i got up to the part where I use tool to make the level structure from my .jms and when i type in tool structure levels\newmap newmap, it gives me this error can you help me

error:
### ERROR found z buffered triangles (red).
### ERROR couldn't build BSP because of overlapping surfaces (orange).
### ERROR couldn't build BSP2D.
### ERROR couldn't build leaf.
### ERROR failed to import collision BSP.

Take it easy on me this is my first map that I am trying to get succeful.

and also when i watch the video tutorial, it doesnt show that you have to link the frame and the level because if i dont link i get an error when i try to export, am i not supposed to link?

you must link the leve to the frame
anything you want in the level you must link to the frame.

import .wrl that is located in your haloce directory. find the z-buffered triangles. re-export

yes, you must have all the pieces of your level conected to your frame.
