how do you make weapons or even objects glow... please read

ok so i was playing mod on relic it was called like slaughter house and it had realy cool clear but colored weapons it was like white but clear how do u do this.

Go into the object's MODE tag, look in the dependencies, and swap the SHAD dependencies. it's kind-of a trial and error but in the end it pays off.

mabey he used the warthog light shader because that sounds like what i did to the boxes in midship when i was messing with shaders myself.
