paint shop pro and stuff i aint got anything i can get?

i need a good paint thingy so i can skin also how what type of video card do i need to run halo lookin sleek and sexy.

You can get photoshop or paintshop. Those are really the only ones people use. You can use paint(gimp too?) but I don't recomend it. I have paintshop and photoshop...I don't know how....they both just sorta..were on my computer.
