i dont exectly know but i think he is. anyways, i wanted to ask teh guy who made hmt if i could make an updated version. not v. 4 but a more integrated, more advanced 3.5? it has a converter, bitmap editor, and model editor integrated right in it wen im done. i was wondering if it would b ok.
