Actually, if you look at the nutrition labels, its not much better.
They about half off the number of calories that you get from a big mac for example, but that is the number of calories you get from a 6 inch sub. (You have to read the small print) If you eat a foot-er, you get about the same...
NEVER EVER EVER GO TO SUBWAY, you will get food poisoning with their shitty health practices, not to say mcdonalds is much better, but still. Maybe I hate subway so much because my bosses were incompetent lazy jackasses.
