Help! Can't create account in file forum!

Could someone please tell me how to make an account in the file forum cause whenever I try to it says "DEBUG MODE"

Oops, sorry, I take what I said back :-/.
This is weird but the Admin most likely know that this problem is occuring and are working on it.
Just be patient and it should be fixed
