Please help direct 3d

please I have been looking all over for the darkmatter thread and it has disapeared i dont know whos bright idea this was but i noticed a angry mob around the site. I also noticed that i have all the requirements for darkmatter I have direct 3d tested and working. and when i try to open a map well lets say it did the same thing it did on my old computer. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!direct3d could not be intialized!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
sound fermilior? sombody please reply ASAP i got a new computer for this reason and this very program and it still doesnt work!
