Reliable cheap laptop

Post by imgettionowned »

I am wondering if anyone knows of a good cheap laptop out there.
I'm saving up money for one, but i dont want to put all of my money into it because in like 2 1/2 years ill need one for college. So for now, im lookin for a cheap reliable one just for internet, and of course modding and programming. So if anyone has a nice notebook, that didn't cost a fortune reply,

if you're referring to dell BUYING the X1 design from samsung, then you need to think a little more...dell is a huge corporation that can get the lineups to the consumer market, samsung and all those other little corporations can't advertise over dell, so they just sell their ideas to dell. everyone makes a profit, everyone wins...learn the trade before making false acusations

Typing on my Thinkpad right now, I agree to go with a Viao if you can afford it, but otherwise, you can get a Thinkpad that's just a few years old for a few hundred dollars.
