Problem making Serenity patches for my maps

I've desided to make my own map pack. Not only that but this will be my first release. But there seems to be a problem, I can't make any patches what so ever!!! I'm not a noob trust me. I've tried serenity, and it gives me a thousand errors that say something about every tag. and when I try to make ppf's it says 0 changes made. I already new that ppf's wouldn't work since I did transfer the scarab projectile into just about every leveland having to make new smg tags. Any help would be greatly appricated.
