Help with editing Halo-2 Hud

Help with editing Halo-2 Hud

I heard from many people that there is a program for editing the Hud for Halo-2, is this true cause i cant seem to find it on Halomods

it appears that no one here knows how to move around the sheild bar, ammo clip, and grenade pictures on the Halo-2 hud or do they know if Team Shadow made a that program or plugin yet like they said?
