plz help!! if youve used xboxhd1.9

i just finished my xbox hd and everything and now i want to lock it but when i go to lockhd a then it gives me this screen

does anyone know why it wont run the locking thing and just keeps typeing y's because i relly need help thnk u

btw... i know this is off topic just noone looks at the other forums i figure i might get help here

then when prompted type "lockhd -a"
