How do I change the field of view (pc) to 90*? please help thx

Check out this program, you just start the program and open Halo, real simple.

It can give you a customizable third person view and you can set the degrees of FOV, such as 90. I love playing in 90, it brings back the classic look of Halo for XBOX, and it just looks cooler.
