Internal Duplicated Skin problem

hey im not sure if you guys would know how to solve my problem but im working on a great Airstrike mod with some really l337 effects but i duplicated a bitmap 3 times and they are all internal but when i inject over one bitmap it injects it over all of those, and also the offsets are all the same so if you know how to fix it can you tell me id really appreciate it

I believe you'd have to rename the bitmaps for them not to be effected.
