Teleporter floating in air on Descension?

Teleporter floating in air on Descension?

Down by the Rocket spawn, if you're playing the Descension mod, if you face the airvent (not the other teleport), and look right, there's a teleporter floating in midair. Does this do anything? Why's it even there?

I'm not sure, but i think that swamp fox could not get rid of it
