internet problems.

im really starting to get anoyyed now, i have no idea what the problem is, but i cannot see alot of pics that are from image hosting sites, or links to pics, also, pictures that are animated, like sigs will not work, and can sombody please tell me what im doin wrong here.......

firefox, and i used to have IE, this problem is on both of them......

The only thing can think of is oressing f5 to update images
