my comps main menu is huge please help me fix it?

ye my comps menu is huge same with the iternet i cant see much right know.i dont know how to fix it i usally fixded by right clicking and this thing would appear saying grapphic options and that would fix the size of the screen but know that option is gone i dont know what to do please help my mom will kill me she hate when i f@$# up the comp.

Go to 'Control Panel' -> 'Display' -> 'Settings' Tab. Then you can change the screen resolution.
