ill help.

in photoshob or jasc just bring out the free hand rope thing and go over the part it like magic wand but its the rope. one youve done that goto effects if ure in jasc filter if ure in photo shop. photoshop=artistic chrome.

jasc=same thing.

It should come with photoshop... unless you have like PS5, it probably comes with that too
