how do i fix the 06 error message?

Hi i have an 06 error message on my NON MODDED xbox and i want to know how to fix it...

well that error message is believed to say that the xbox can not unlock the hard drive...so you could either send it to microsoft any pay the crap or i think you could get a modchip and load a hacked bios that does not need the hard drive to be locked then lock it manually with that. so if i am wrong anyone correct me. iam just trying to help.
