Can Someone Walk Me Through Using Tool?

I tried to follow the tuts given but I couldn't get it. If someone has AIM or something, contact me and walk me through it.

i dont have my aim working right now but whats the problem youre having with it?

*if opening from the command prompt you need to go to the halo ce directory by typing in-- cd C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo Custom Edition *

When I type that it, it says this...

'C:\Program' is not recognized as an internal or external commans, operable program or batch file

What does that mean?

Firstly, its ALOT easier if you have a copy of command prompt in your Halo CE Root directory, it cuts down on the typing alot...Anyways go into your system32 folder which is located in the Windows folder, in here you need to find a progarm called cmd.exe, right click that and click copy. Then go into your Halo CE root directory and right click and paste it. Then run the cmd.exe program, this is what you will use to do all your tool commands. Heres the first one and this is how you would type it in "tool bitmaps levels\*your map folder*\bitmaps"

and thats it really, you dont need to do the cd c:\wi blah balh stuff

Also if you download Kornman00's Tool++ program, it also helps alot, and its quicker and easier to use.

*well, i just have my halo ce folder open and copy and paste the directory address and thats it, meh too lazy to copy cmd*
