THIS IS GOING TO SOUND INCREDIBLY NOOBISH!!

Post by RaVNzCRoFT »

Sorry for the noob question, guys, but I'm terrible at Photoshop. I have downloaded various brushes. Now how do I use them? Where do they need to be, and then what do I do so I can use them? Thanks.

Put them into your photoshop root, then Presets>Brushes. To use them click on the brush tool in photoshop, then choose the brush you want to use.

I dont think it's working. I have Photoshop 7. I have the tippy stardust brush that GaF put in his sug tut in the files forum. I put it in Presets>Brushes. Then I do what? Because when I click the brush icon in the brushes folder, it just maximizes photoshop and doesn't really do anything. What should I do once the brush is in the folder?

Just choose the brush set you want to use, with the little drop down thing.

I do, but I don't think the brush is appearing in the list.
