Free camera

I know that you can have a free camera view in game.But how?Is it the devmode?

Devmode but it only works on LAN games. What you may be thinking of for public, is not to be discussed here.

What you linked is a no hud mod thing for HaloPC.

Do you want PC or CE.

There are two dev trainers. One that is public and has stuff like deathless. And the other has other stuff that, well, i'm not at liberty to say.

There is a 3rd person hack made. Not through console though. The console version is not allowed.
