Sorry If I put this in the wrong subject dont scream at me but I couldn't decide where to put it. U can move it if u must

I was just wondering - all u people that made programs like sparkedit and tool++, how did u make them? I'm just interested in that kind of stuff, and I have no idea where to even begin, becuase I'd like to make a program that can decomplile .map files into .senario so u can edit them, but I don't even know where to start. Please post ANY info u know about this kind of stuff or email it to me at [email protected] or u can even PM me if u want.
