I CANT DOWNLOAD HMT I HAVE TO DOWNLOAD ALL KINDS OF OTHER FREAKIN PROGRAMS THIS AINT RIGHT PLEASE HEEEEEELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HMT REQUIRES you to have the dotnet framework. If you don't want to get .net don't but don't expect to be able to use HMT.

Well what kind of a person post a question for the download link?? Obviously all you need to do is seach for HMT under utilities, but incase that is just too hard here is the link:
