sapien problem

When I load my .scenario into sapien, nothing shows up in the game window, and i get and error when i type radeocity_quality 1 into the "ctrl+~" thing. When sapien loads up an error in the game window reads "warning! levels\scablands1\scablands1 has no background sound"

what's going on>?

nothing,don't mind it its just telling you that you have no sound in the backgroung such as watterfall,birds and what not
