How to????

I would like to know if any one can make a tort or find one because i cant find one anywere. On how to make there own weapon. and how to insert it in to the map. I use Blender for my moddling but i have no clue on how to put it into the map. Do i need a special program to insert it.

i would recommend getting 3dsmax or gmax. & you need the blitzkrieg model exporter to export weapons, vehicles & maps....
