tool 0x00000003 error tell me how to fix it please

i finnish the first part of gurilla and then type

tool structure levels\splinter splinter

and then it says

error 0x000000003 the system cannot find the file specified

Mmm.. sorry to disappoint you but I don'y know, but I got error 0x0000002 lol... Man tool must get ALOT of errors if they're starting that far back in the decimals... I mean jsut think 000004, 000005, 00006, and so on... Oy... no wonder it took so fricking long to put HEK and halo Ce together... imagine all the freaking programming you'd have to do... oy...

what is the directory of the folder that has ur map thing

like:

c:\program files\microsoft games\halo custom edition\.........etc

???
