How to load Custom Maps

I have downloaded a bunch of custom maps from here but i have no idea how to load them up. The only custom maps i know how to load up are, the mods for Blood Gultch. But its the User created maps not mods to exisiting maps that i need to know how to load up on my Halo game

Copy them into your HaloCE maps directory after extracting them from the .ZIP or .RAR archive.
