Animation Question/ CE Question

ok im trying to make a mod for the map island hop and i have made a new vehicle model for the transport boat thing i have added a on off ramp for hogs and i was wondering how i could make it so when i get in the driver seat and like push the button Q that the ramp would raise up and block the back doors so that the worthogs dont fall off when you drive
ant ideas guys??

hmm I dont know how to animate, but i know that 3dkingdom.org has animating tutorials... hope this helps!
