HOW DO I SKIN? This is a stupid question but plz do not flame me i am trying to make a cool mod and now all i have to do is make some good skins.

dude thats the second time ive seen that mesage on here. but im pretty sure u can use paint or photoshop but i cant say anymore cus i dont have HEK myslf!
