Dedicated Sever Question, Help me please

I want to be able to put an automatic message on my server that will be put on the screen like every ten minutes or how much i specify. Example: "Thank for joining my server, please enjoy your stay. The current mapcycle is..." Kinda like they do on Firearms (another computer game). If this is possible can someone please help me? Thanks alot.

Not possible.

Halo's game engine is different then Half-Lifes game engine.

Thanks man. Too bad it won't work that would be really cool, you know. Oh and i know the game engines are different, i meant do something like that, not copy it or anything. You can have two different engines that do the same stuff in a different way. But thanks for the help.

Yeah, I meant that Halo's game engine can't do that.

Oh sorry if i sounded rude, i really appreciate your input. I wasn't trying to be rude, but when i reread it just now i guess i sounded a little rude. Sorry man.
