A lot of people complain about the battery life of Zunes. I wouldn't really complain about that so much as how long it takes to charge them. Seriously, it takes about 3 hours to get it fully charged.
That and the buggy Zune software (maybe my computer just hates it, cause it always crashes on me, but it works fine on the other computer. I would just use that one to add my music, but it's all on this computer, so I dunno) are the only things I have to complain about them.

Stupid ass people.
First of all, they can't sue on the grounds that Live didn't work for them, because Live, as a service, is working. So any time I have a technical error, I need to sue the company, rather than contact support? I see. I should unplug my ethernet cable, then sue Microsoft because I can't connect. They're also suing assuming the outage was due to the amount of people online, which has not been stated. Every part of this is flawed. I can't even fathom how they think they can win such a frivolous case. On top of all of this, Microsoft never guarantees, anywhere in terms of service, uninterrupted use of the service. They're suing for something not promised to them. Quick, someone sue me for not giving you a cookie, even though I never said I would.

I'm aware.reanimation-06 wrote:well, apparently Tural, Microsoft is offering a free game download to compensate for it.
Because they're dumb.reanimation-06 wrote:Why wouldn't they point out what you just said?
I do see some grounds for a case though. They paid for access to a service, but did not recieve their service. Kinda like going to McDonalds and ordering a burger, but they take your money and say they're out of meat and cheese. But 5 Mil for server outages is a bit much. If I didn't want to look like a total asshat, I'd just go for a refund.Tural wrote:http://www.news.com/8301-13860_3-9840766-56.html

No, it really isn't. They're paying for a round-the-year service, which works 99.9% of the time, and isn't even down now. That would be like paying for a year's worth of burgers, then they put something you don't want on one or two, even though they never guaranteed the burgers would always be correct. You're still getting what you paid for, it's just not 100% flawless. Xbox Live is not down, it has not been down at all. Problems connecting were solved in one day, and from there it was a problem participating in games. Live connectivity was not broken. They are suing for something that did not happen.Cuda wrote:Kinda like going to McDonalds and ordering a burger, but they take your money and say they're out of meat and cheese.

...can't find list. Its taking too long to even navigate the homepage xbox.com (on dialup here). Anyways, I'm presuming the games they are offering aren't worth more than 10 mins of fun.
And what is the Mile High Club?

Edit: nvm. Found list. So people can download any arcade game thats available.. wow

Indeed. I will destroy anyone who says that Pac-Man isn't worth a lifetime.Tural wrote:If you were referring to Xbox Live Arcade games in general, that was a very ignorant statement.
Me second guessing myself is a rant. I want an 8600 GTS, but I also don't know if I want to just go with something that'll run things on a minimum, save the rest, and just wait for cheap PCI Express 2.0 motherboards and graphics cards.
