Although, age doesn't really matter on forums, as long as you have mental maturity. Then you can post without using all caps or horrible grammar. As for your college-is-the-appropriate-time comment, i meant appropriat time, as in a time more appropriate than sitting at your computer and staring at girls you're never going to know. A time like...well...when you have a relationship that's at the right point...also age...the appropriate time that i speak of only comes after the age of 18. I, myself, am only 15. I don't think it's appropriate for me to be looking at stuff like *ahem* "that stuff".
